We say goodbye to Sascha Altenau

A sad day. After a short period of suffering, Sascha Altenau passed away unexpectedly and far too early on 12 March 2023. Our condolences go especially to his family and loved ones.

Sascha Altenau, born in 1966, had been working for Hupac since 1998: first as Operations Manager of the RU of Hupac GmbH, since 2006 as Director of Hupac GmbH as well as Co-Director of TSG Terminal Singen GmbH and for the last few months also as Director of Combiconnect Cologne North. He has shaped the development of our German locations like no other.

His functions in the Hupac Group will be taken over on an interim basis by the following colleagues:

Piero Solcà for Hupac GmbH

Contact: psolca@hupac.com, Tel. +41 58 8558200

Simone Croci Torti for TSG Terminal Singen GmbH

Contact: scrocitorti@hupac.com, Tel. +41 58 8558250

Michael Maiocchi for Combiconnect Köln GmbH

Contact: mmaiocchi@hupac.com, Tel. +41 58 8558081

With his infectious laugh and his special sense of humour, with his wonderful way of giving people a home in the company, with his tireless commitment to the good cause and with his absolute reliability, he will always remain in our memories.
