Hupac continues to invest in the development of the transalpine corridor via Switzerland, further expanding its service offering between Basel and Busto Arsizio.
From 07.09.2026, the network is being strengthened with the introduction of one additional weekly roundtrip between the Terminal Basel Weil and Terminal Busto A.-Gallarate.
The frequency of the Basel Weil – Busto Arsizio has increased to 8 weekly roundtrips.
This service expansion aims to increase operational flexibility along the entire corridor while providing customers with even more reliable and efficient transport solutions. It also creates additional capacity to support the modal shift of freight from road to rail.
