New team for digitalisation and process quality at ERS Railways

"IT & Processes" is the name of the new team that will be responsible for digitalisation projects and process quality at ERS Railways. Under the leadership of Florian Theisen, the 5-member team will bundle the various projects and implement them in an agile manner. "With the new organisational unit, we want to focus on and significantly improve the quality in processing and the connection of our customers," explains Mathias Leiner, CEO of ERS Railways.

 

Florian Theisen is 36 years old and joined ERS on 01.10.2022 as Head of Business Development. The new IT & Processes team reports directly to the CEO.
