New intermodal service between Poland and Italy: shuttle Gliwice <=> Pordenone

Hupac offers new opportunities for climate-friendly intermodal transport between Italy and Poland. On 10.10.2022, a direct shuttle train will start in Gliwice, situated in one of the most important industrial areas of our continent, and reach Pordenone in northeast Italy. The first departure in the opposite direction is on 12.10.2022

The service is open to all transport operators.

The Gliwice <=> Pordenone shuttle initially runs with a frequency of 3 departures per week. The distance of around 900 km is covered with an attractive A/C transit time. Traction is provided by Mercitalia Rail, while terminal partners are Hupac SpA in Pordenone and PKP Cargo Connect in Gliwice.
