Hupac publishes the new Sustainability Report for 2025

With the second edition of Sustainability Report, Hupac continues its commitment to transparent and responsible reporting on environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters.

Now in its second edition, the report provides an overview of the progress made, the initiatives implemented and the goals that continue to shape Hupac’s sustainability strategy. It reflects the company’s commitment to integrating sustainability into its business activities and creating long-term value for people, environment and society.

The report focuses on four key pillars that form the foundation of Hupac’s sustainability approach:

1. Ethical governance – We act with integrity, transparency and responsibility.
2. People at the core – We foster a safe, inclusive and growth-oriented workplace.
3. Environment & climate – We reduce environmental impact and measure our carbon footprint. In fact, we have introduced the first Carbon Footprint for operations in Switzerland and Italy.
4. Shared value – We build strong partnership and create positive impact in our communities.

The Sustainability Report 2025 is integrated across all areas of the company and demonstrates how sustainability is increasingly embedded across Hupac’s organisation and activities. It also provides transparency on the company’s progress and sets out the objectives that will guide its continued efforts in the years ahead.
