Own railcar fleet – a strategic factor Hupac has its own fleet of rail platforms, allowing the company to operate freely in the market and respond rapidly to new demands. Since 2010 Hupac has been a certified ECM (Entity in Charge of Maintenance) and takes full responsibility for the maintenance of the wagons. In the interest of the environment and the protection of the population, Hupac's entire wagon fleet is low-noise in accordance with current regulations.
